A BeB Signature Recipe!

 Hey lovies! Happy Sunday!

I don't share recipes a lot here, but I love to cook! I like to make just about anything, but there are a few dishes that I consider my 'signature' dishes. Not that I came up with the recipe, but that I tend to make them often and they are quite delicious!

The one I want to share today is a skillet lasagna. It is so so good, and simple as can be to make!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Skillet Lasagna
Ingredients:
1 box Malfalda noodles (mini lasagna noodles)
1 lb. ground beef
Half green pepper
Half onion
Large jar Prego original sauce
2 bags shredded mozzarella cheese (each bag has 2 cups)
Seasonings to taste
1. Get your ingredients listed above
2. Start frying meat in a large skillet and add the seasonings above to taste (or do a variation of your own). Cook noodles at this time, as well.
3. Chop pepper and onion, add to meat and let soften
4. Add sauce to meat, let simmer. I use about 3/4 of the jar, but it just depends on your taste.
5. Pour sauce in a bowl so the skillet is empty. Spray the skillet with a little Pam. Spread a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of the skillet. Pour in half the noodles.
6. Pour half the sauce over the noodles.
7. Cover with cheese.
Repeat these steps so you have another layer of each!
Put in 375 degree oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly on top. You will have something like this....
Enjoy, friends!!
Don't forget to snatch up the awards that I handed out yesterday!
