Hi there, friends! Happy Wednesday! First, let's discuss the obvious - I cut my hair again. This is the shortest that my hair has ever been, and I'm loving it! When I moved back in March, I knew that I was going to have to find someone new (in town) to do my hair - the switch made me a little nervous. I decided to book an appointment with one of my former students who had amazing recommendations, and I've absolutely loved the results and her! This cut was definitely a change from what I've had for so long - a much-needed change. This time we went even shorter and I think it turned out perfectly! Just the right mix of sexy-meets-feminine.
I have been so excited to jump in and share some new outfit photos with you. I picked up several really fun pieces while I was in Nashville a couple weeks ago and I've been itching to post them for y'all!
This dress is one of my finds. It's from H&M (so you know it's super affordable) - it's really well made (with pockets!) and it's very comfortable. Some off-the-shoulder pieces are a struggle. You're constantly pulling and tugging at the sleeves so they fit perfectly on your arms - you know what I mean. The elastic on this dress is really wide and doesn't give you the urge to fight with it. I would recommend sizing down - one, maybe two sizes. The fit is generous but very flattering when you get your size right. I'm regretting not going ahead and picking it up in black, too. I love the versatility of it - it could be dressed down with Jack Rogers or dressed up, like I have it styled here. I've linked it online but it's almost completely sold out - I would recommend popping into your local H&M to see if it's stocked.
