So, who is this girl?

I've just been thinking (since yesterday) that since I started blogging I haven't really revealed any personal information to you all. I've been a little wary of doing that.

Not because I don't trust and love my faithful followers, but because there are creeps out there, yo!

Do I want that (the personal stuff) to be part of BeB? Do I feel comfortable opening myself up on here?

To tell or not to tell, that is the question, my loves.

However, when I started blogging I vowed to be real. Real. That's how I want people to see me. That's especially what I want to be here. With you all. My little bloggie family. Because this is my place. And it has become your place, too.

To tell. Because I adore you.

But bear with me. This could take more than one post. It makes me a little nervous to put myself out there. I hope you'll stick around for it. For now, let's start with the basics.......

Recently graduated from a small liberal arts college

It was my home away from home. And when I go back there, I feel like I'm going to visit family.

Getting my master's in school counseling

Working at a catholic elementary-middle school.

This is one of the greatest opportunities of my life. I. love. it.

Only child. But not a brat, so don't go there.

No boyfriend.

Was broken-hearted. No more.

I have a few very wonderful friends.

I'm very satisfied with those few wonderful friends.

I'm honest and blunt.

If you honestly want to know how those leggings look on you, ask me.

I have a sense of humor. A good one. And I can laugh at almost anything (including myself).

I love shoes. They are my favorite piece of an outfit. I dream about them. I live for them. Cute ones. Sexy ones. Dressy ones. Casual ones. Boots. Flats. Heels. Wedges. Pointy toe. Round toe.....

If I were a shoe......

Honest and blunt must be an only child thing because I am the same way! I find myself biting my tongue from time to time so I dont come off as toooo honest!

I was going to say the same thing as the Suburban Princess....Reading your post today was a lot like reading my own thoughts...it was kind of weird. Openness on my blog is something I have struggled with as well.

One of my vows for 2010 is to be more open, and real...my heart races just thinking about it!

Thanks for the comment!! I found your page through some free time and random bloggers and I loved it. Probably because I'm in my twenty somethings, single and going back to get my masters too! Love the blog. Don't hold back, its your blog youre home. I work in retail now and you honestly have to be blunt to some people so they wont walk out making your clothes look bad!! :) Keep up the cute blog, honest fashion advice and joy for shoes.

Cute post and thanks for sharing with all of us. I am all about "real" people and can't stand it when individuals fluff their life experiences and put on airs for the sake of impressing others. You are who you are and that's what a personal blog should be about - YOU! =) Great post and thoughts...it's one of the reasons I love your blog so much, because I can tell you are genuine and real. =)

Happy Holidays!

I'm an "only" too!! And sometimes, I think I'm brutally honest to a fault. I can't wait to teach. I'm finishing up my application this weekend. I am licensed 4-8 but ended up doing something else instead. Now, I really really miss it.
