Black-on-black basics give you so many options in your closet. The tunic and leggings I'm wearing are the same ones I used as the base for this outfit. I've come to accept (though, reluctantly) that great basics are a much more valuable purchase than a bunch of printed, trendy pieces. I recently did a huge closet clean out that gave me an opportunity to truly evaluate what's in my closet. Nearly every solid, basic piece stayed while tons of printed, out-of-style items got tossed. This one time when being super basic is a very good thing.
