Weekend Photo Diary // Vol. 6

There are so many things in life that a long weekend can cure. I took Friday off from work to make it an extra long weekend, and it was just what I needed! There was lots of sleeping in late and naps, I took some new outfit photos, ate Cracker Barrel a couple of times, watched tons of movies, enjoyed the best homemade spaghetti, and started the show Luther. If you enjoyed The Killing (on Netflix) you will love this!

Below are photos from my weekend outfits (except my outfit for church on Sunday, boo!). I also shared a collaboration post that I did with Tobi yesterday on the blog - this kimono is my new favorite!

FRIDAY
This outfit is going to be on the blog tomorrow in a full post, but I had to share this snap early! When we were driving around scoping out places to take photos, I spotted this gorgeous painted wall down a little alleyway in town. Some of my students even went there after I posted this on instagram :)

Every Memorial Day, there's a huge display of flags that our town does on the courthouse lawn. The spikes in the ground are shaped like crosses with service men and women's names on them with their branch of the military. It's absolutely beautiful!

SATURDAY
Y'all, this dress. This dress. It's from Old Navy and I cannot find it online (grrrrrr), but it should still be available in your local store. I bought it in this orange stripe (which actually looks red in this photo) and the black/white stripe. It is so flattering, hits just in the right place off your shoulder, and has the perfect swing fit. I paired it with my silver Jacks and these hoop earrings in silver.

MONDAY
I hope y'all aren't tired of seeing this dress because I don't think I'm ever going to stop wearing it. It was perfect for grabbing a late lunch on Monday and having a lazy afternoon at home.
