Here & There: Favorite Local Bakery

I'm so excited to be teaming back up with Brittney Ann of Hosting & Toasting to share our January Here & There. We're sharing some delicious photos from our favorite bakeries in Bristol and DC, so prepare for your sweet tooth to be enticed just a bit.

Blackbird Bakery in historic downtown Bristol, Virginia has only been open since 2008, but since opening its doors it has become a favorite stop for people in the area. The first treat I had from Blackbird was one of their delicious doughnuts - so good. From that point on, I was hooked and have loved everything I've tried since - with the lemon bars being my all-time favorite. And trust me, it's the perfect spot to pop in and warm up on a snow day! Thanks to the sweet folks at Blackbird for letting me snap these photos and never disappointing my sweet tooth - y'all are the best!
