Bergdorf's Betty

(Images via Refinery29)

The darling Betty Halbreich has been rescuing lost (shopping) souls at Bergdorf's for almost 40 years. The 85-year-old is a spitfire and known for her honesty and spot-on talent as a personal shopper. Refinery 29 went inside the lovely lady's corner office and shared this amazing interview on their site last week. Amidst the vintage Dior, priceless art, and collection of Valentine's, Betty shared beautifully wise advice and let us in on her signature (bargain) scent. I promise, this is the perfect mid-week pick-me-up.

"Out on the streets I don't feel so secure; stepping onto an airplane, I'm not so secure. This is my security."
-Betty Halbreich

I read that article yesterday and fell in love with her. What a sweet lady. I aspire to be half as gracious and amazing as she is!
