A Whole Lot of Weekend Goodness

Welcome back from the weekend, everyone! I hope it was restful and lovely for you all. It was quite busy for me- with class, errands and organizing- but still very enjoyable! I have so much to share with you all today, let's just get to it, shall we?

~~~~~~~~
 On Saturday after class I went out to run a few errands, and couldn't resist a quick detour through TJ Maxx. Look at these gorgeous Michael Kors scarves that I purchased!
Look at the gorgeous buttons! I love little details...
I also picked up some lemon curd for pound cake, some party supplies for a luncheon I'm hosting at my house this weekend, a few goodies for my Preppy Christmas Swap partner, and a Strawberry Shortcake coloring book...
There is no better stress-relief that coloring. If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it!
After my outing on Saturday afternoon, I came home and organized my bathroom closet. I have been wanting to do this for a while and finally got around to it over the weekend.
Before....
After...and much improved...
Please tell me how I managed to eliminate an entire shelf?? I love it, nonetheless.
****
I also decided to do a little DIY project which I will hopefully be sharing with y'all tomorrow. I have a bench in my bathroom that my mama gave me. It desperately needs a face lift. The idea? Black, white, yellow.
****
Finally, I thought I would do a some 'outfit of the day' action. Here's my outfit from church yesterday!
Cardigan & dress: NY & Co., Leggings: Anthropologie
This girl loves some ruffles!
Lovely pearls and flower necklace: Belk
Chain and pearl bracelet: Gifted from my mama
Bow accent flats: BCBG
Scent of the day: Liz Claiborne Bora Bora
Just because it was a great hair day :)
And to start this week off, some girly images I'm loving right now...
I love coloring! I was dumb and didn't take my coloring books to the place I'm living in right now.
Great job organizing. I love baskets for organizing anything. They work wonders and look great.
