Below the Mason-Dixon

 (Pack your bags and head down south, y'all)

Hi sweetie pies! So we're back to the grind today, huh? Only two work days this week, though, and then I'm leaving for the beach on Thursday! I started packing last night and I know you're thinking 'geeze louise!' Listen, y'all I like to get a head start on packing for any trip. Surely there are others of you out there like me?? Please say yes...

So, I was thinking about what to share with you all today, and it occurred to me that I've never done a post on Southern culture. I mean, my blog's name is southern, for goodness sake! So, I'm hoping this post is going to bring you some southern comfort on this Monday.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
These are some images that come to mind when I think of the south....
Julie,
I love this post! Can I just say that I've always wanted to be from the south. I used to fake accents as a kid! I just love all the charm and grace that is the South. I am stuck being a California girl, but I can dream, right?
