To say that I love Kacey Musgraves would be an understatement. Her "I don't care what people think" attitude is what initially drew me to her when I first heard the song "Merry Go 'Round." Then she teamed up with my other girl crush, Katy Perry, for a CMT Crossroads and all the stars aligned, angels sang, and unicorns ran through fields of butterflies. I didn't watch Nashville Star - which is where most people first become familiar with her. She's crazy talented (she started song writing at age 8), has the most incredibly eclectic style, and even through the fame, still does what she wants, the way she wants to do it. Her song lyrics are just begging to be used as instagram captions and yearbook quotes.
