Happy Memorial Day weekend, friends! I am so excited to be reviving my Let's Go There series for another summer! I debuted this series last year as a fun alternative to the "what's in my bag" posts that everyone loves. I asked some of my favorites bloggers to share what they were packing on their summer vacations - literally, around the world! And it ended up being one of my favorite series that I've ever done on the blog.
This weekend marks the unofficial start of summer, and it seemed like the perfect time to roll out the first feature in this summer's lineup - my friend Jessica of Bedknobs & Baubles. You can see what she packed last summer on her trip to Belgium here! I hope you enjoy!

Good question! We'll be playing much of the trip by ear, but there are a few things I'm looking forward to: grilled cheese donuts (amazing or disgusting?), exploring the historic Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, a stroll on the John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge (the predecessor to the Brooklyn Bridge), and plenty of brewery stops!
Unless we're traveling internationally, I always try to pack my items into my leather duffle bag. I bought this one a few years ago and it has more than enough room for vacation essentials--especially when I'm packing lightweight summer dresses. To save space, I'll keep my footwear to a minimum with just one pair of sandals and a pair of Sperry's in case it rains.
It's going to be a colorful weekend in Cincinnati! I've been itching to wear a couple of new summer dresses that I recently picked up: this off-the-shoulder beauty from MICHAEL Michael Kors and this shift dress.
