I popped into Target on Saturday (as I so often do on the weekend), and two of the things that immediately caught my eye were these totes. Aren't they perfect for summer? I love the attention to detail with the multi-color poms and the beaded tassel. And at $30 and $35 you could probably find room in your budget to just splurge on both!
