New York Fashion Week officially kicks off today, and I've been thinking all week how I was in New York this time last year with my blogging bestie Michelle. Though we didn't attend any shows, the energy was still high in the city and we had a great time at the IFB conference, meeting up with blogging friends, and shopping our way up Madison Avenue. Above are a few outfits that would definitely be making their way into my suitcase if I was going to be in the city for the next few days. Chunky sweaters, statement-making coats, strong mix-and-match basics, and a never-boring bagful of jewelry.
