Weekend Wishes

(Image via STYLE'N)

Wow. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, this has been a crazy week. I survived my first back-to-school night and first day of school - with a big smile on my face, might I add! I really love my new job and I'm so grateful for all the messages of congratulations that I've gotten from you all. Thank you so much! Being a high school counselor is quite the change from the elementary/middle school that I was accustomed to - plus, throw in about 500 more students! Intense and demanding, but so worth it.

My time on social media has definitely been cut to a fraction and my inbox is piled up. I promise to get back to normal eventually and hopefully be able to share a couple posts a day a few times a week. Just like that, my leisure summer (bursting with free time) went out the door!

I'm planning to get some art work done this weekend for my new office. Good thoughts would be appreciated as I'm not exactly artistic. Crafty, yes. Artsy, not so much. I'm actually thinking of possibly trying my hand at this project! Happy weekend, friends!

Make sure you enter my latest giveaway!

Congrats!!!! I am glad that it went well!

I remember how crazy it was in high school and I actually did visit my counselor and she really made the college process a lot easier for me. I hope that you really enjoy it! I know that I still keep in touch with most of the teachers and my counselor that I had in high school!

I know that you will make a huge impact!

Have fun!
