Weekend Wishes: Perfect Timing

 (Image: Breakfast at Tiffany's)

Shew. What a whirlwind week. If you follow on instagram or twitter then you've already heard my exciting news - I started a new job on Wednesday! It's been an exhausting few days but I'm loving it. This is my first time working in a high school - lots of changes very quickly, but it's been great. I'm still getting settled in, meeting coworkers, putting faces to names, and overall adjusting to my new school. It's amazing how God's timing may not be your timing, but you have to follow his lead.

I'm not sure what the next few weeks will hold as I'm thrown into full-on "welcome back" mode but I'm hoping that things won't change around here. Thank you to those of you who have sent me little messages of congratulations. Even though there are some of you who I've never met in person, you have no idea how much those words of encouragement have meant.

I hope you all have a fantastic weekend planned! I'm most likely going to take it easy and recharge from this busy (and exciting!) week. See you back here on Monday, friends!

  7. I've never commented before...actually, I only just started reading your blog about 2 weeks ago and following you on Instagram shortly thereafter. However, I wanted to say congrats! I work at UVa in the Undergrad Admission office, so if you have seniors who are applying to UVa, then I imagine you're name might come across my desk. :)
