After spending the weekend in Northern Virginia, I feel a little whiny having ever complained about the heat down here. This is a comfortable summer compared to the humidity around D.C. There are still days that you can throw on jeans in the evening and not melt on the spot. When I was doing the collaboration with AE, I popped in my local store to try on a pair of their jeggings because I wasn't certain of my size in that cut. These were the jeans I tested - I loved them so much they came home with me that day. Also, this blouse is a recent clearance find from Belk - um, less than $10. I thought the flowy style was perfect with the super skinny jeans. As Carrie Bradshaw says, I "merchandised it up" with my warehouse-find Etta pumps for a little sparkle.
