My Style: Girl's Day

The town I live in has some of the most picturesque spots for taking photos. You constantly see photographers out taking engagement pictures and senior portraits on any given street. Emily and I had a fun girly date this week that ended with snapping some outfit shots. This lady and I just met this week and it truly feels like we've known each other for.ever. Our paths crossed via instagram (so random, right?!) and we decided to meet up before she moves back to Arkansas. Yes, how sad is that? We spent Tuesday evening and Wednesday together soaking up as much time together as we could! It just doesn't seem fair that she has to leave me!

Blouse, OLD NAVY // Skirt, ANTHROPOLOGIE // Bag, DEUX LUX // Wedges, MADELINE
Sunnies, D&G c/o SUNGLASSES SHOP // Link bracelets, GROOP DEALZ // Bangle, LULU FROST for J. CREW

**

Everything I'm wearing here is old, and I remixed it to give it a fresh, fun vibe. Thanks to inspiration from Bethany, I'm obsessed with mixing prints lately. This skirt has the cutest zebra print around the bottom and surprisingly paired perfectly with that silk blouse from Old Navy - last seen here. I snagged the Deux Lux bag at T.J. Maxx a couple weeks ago on clearance for...$22. Yep, unbelievable. This one is very similar if you're looking for a great versatile bag for summer.

Happy Friday, friends!

I love how you paired the blouse and skirt--that color palette probably wouldn't occur to me and it works perfectly!
