Semi - Wordless Wednesday: Fresh Flowers

(Images via 1, 2)

***

There's nothing I love more than having my home filled with fresh flowers. They make every room seem so much brighter and more inviting. I picked up a couple bouquets before my friends came this past weekend- one for my mantle and one for the entry table. Well, lucky us, after the wedding reception on Saturday, the groom's mama told us to take one of the gorgeous centerpieces home. Ashley decided to leave her arrangement with me since she was traveling, and Lauren decided to take the mason jar but leave her flowers with me, too. I quickly found spots in the house for the two whole bunches, and ended up splitting Lauren's arrangement into little bouquets all over the house.

The wedding colors were pink and orange, and need less to say,
the flowers were stunning. . .

Bonjour Julie ... I love your flowers ... we bring fresh flowers from our gardens during the blooming months. In the winter we purchase them.. there is nothing better than fresh cut flowers to make one smile and bring warmth to a home. visiting from SWW .. though I already follow your blog..xo HHL

Beautiful flowers! I love fresh flowers but I never have them in my home - I do have some pretty yet fake flowers on my kitchen table. To bring sunshine into my dark apartment, I try to decorate with light colors that remind me of summer evenings.

Fresh Flowers reminds me of my grandmother. She always has some from her garden on a table in her living room

So jealous of your flowers! I'm in dire need of fresh stems in my apartment... and after seeing your plentiful bouquets around your own place - I think I may have to make a trip to the market tomorrow to pick up some for myself!
xx,
Hope all is well - Best,
Mal

Those flowers are so beautiful! I bring mine in from outside and get them from the grocery store when they are really cheap! Putting some flowers on kitchen table guarantees the table stays cleared off.
