Welcome to My Crib: Kitchen, Dining Room and Laundry

Hey, y'all! Thank you so much for your comments on my guest room and bathroom! I hope I've sparked some inspiration for you all. Today's feature is my kitchen, dining area and laundry room. Why the laundry room, you ask? Well, since I live in a townhouse the laundry is not easy to close off from the rest of the living space, so I decided that it needed to be cute! I shared the pictures of my laundry room once before, but there are so many new friends reading this blog now that I can't neglect the laundry room. Enjoy!

The kitchen

The other side of the kitchen. There's really no 'plan' in this room. I have a lot of reds and yellows and some cutesie accents that I just really love.

Mama put these dish towels in my Easter basket. They were on sale at Anthropologie.

These measuring cups were also on sale at Anthro. Are they adorable or what? So whimsical. They were just too pretty to put in a drawer.

I found this at TJ Maxx for very cheap! I use it for save-the-dates that I don't want to get rid of, postcards, pictures that have come with flowers people have sent me, and a picture of a dear friend's two little boys.

This is on top of the refrigerator. My 'will cook for shoes' picture says a lot about my relationship with the kitchen.

I did have the table set with full place settings, but I decided to put them away for a little change.

I love this rug! I got it at Ross for like six bucks!
