The final look in my Chambray 3 Ways series is one of my favorites. Any given day in the spring (and sometimes summer if it isn't too hot) you'll find me in a dress with a blouse tied up over it. It's a fun alternative to wearing a cardigan and can be mixed and matched lots of different ways. If you follow on instagram then you know I've been wearing these flats nonstop lately.
