I've been blogging about my beauty routine pretty regularly lately, and today I'm sharing a (skin-changing) collaboration that I'm incredibly excited about. I recently had the opportunity to test two Olay products that have altered my nighttime beauty routine and ultimately changed my approach to late-twenties skin care - Regenerist Wrinkle Revolution Complex and Regenerist Micro-sculpting eye cream and lash serum.
I'm a devout believer in "priming" your skin - not only so your skin looks good without makeup but also so it looks good with makeup. A lot of people assume makeup's sole purpose is to cover imperfections. And while that is true, what you use under your makeup is just as much a contributing factor to the end result. Priming is key. When I was younger (high school and college), I was able to treat my skin the same year-round with the same soap/moisturizer combination and never notice a change. As I'm gradually closing in on thirty, that's no longer reality. I notice more changes in my skin over a matter of months than I noticed from 13 to 25 combined. As a result, I now have a consistent daytime and nighttime routine.
I've been thinking for the last year that I needed to find a good wrinkle and eye cream. I had tried a few products but was never satisfied until I tested these from Olay. I've been using them for about two weeks and can tell a noticeable difference in my skin and makeup application. I use them at night because I prefer to use a daytime moisturizer with high SPF and because it gives me peace of mind to think that they're working on my face all night :)
If you're looking for anti-wrinkle products that also aid in priming your skin, I highly recommend trying my nighttime routine for yourself. Shop both products in the links above!

While I was compensated to write a post about Olay Regenerist Wrinkle Revolution Complex and Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Eye Cream & Lash Serum Duo, all opinions are my own. I only blog about products/brands that I truly love. Thank you for supporting the brands that make this blog possible!
