And this is the obligatory Gatsby post for the week - hope you don't mind! I have been anxiously awaiting this film since this time last year and now that it's finally here I simply can't wait. It seems that every major brand has Gatsby fever, as well. But my favorite, hands-down, are the pieces contributed to the film from Tiffany's. Some of the pieces were simply drawings from the Tiffany archives that were created for the film while some of the pieces actually date back to the 1920s period. All the cufflinks worn by Leonardo were designed exclusively for him - and the daisy signet ring. The video below features an interview with Catherine Martin (costume designer) discussing the connection between the origin of the book and Tiffany's and how they came to play such a major role in the film.

Are you excited yet?!

love, love! I saw those shoes a few weeks ago and can't stop thinking about them. Adore how you paired it with this drop waist. Can't wait for the movie either!

Typically drop waist dresses don't look great on me, but I always give them a try!
