Kate Spade Makes Saturday More Fun

(Images: Lucky Magazine)

In case you hadn't heard, Kate Spade is expanding its brand and introducing a new line in the spring! The Saturday line of products will be less expensive than the KSNY line, appealing to younger shoppers (think 25-35). Clothing and shoes will run less than $100, $30 for jewelry, and $25 for home goods. Saturday will not be sold in Kate Spade stores, however. U.S. consumers will have to master their online shopping skills to get their hands on the items or take a trip to the flagship store in Tokyo.

Isn't this exciting?! While I love KS, some of the items are just totally out of my price range. I'm going to be interested to see just how similar (and different) this more affordable venture will be compared to traditional Kate Spade pieces. Regardless, cheers to Saturday!

What are your thoughts about this new line?

I adore KS, but can't afford hardly anything in there- excited to see what this collection has!

Thank goodness! Her stuff is so pricey. Hopefully the quality will be comparable.

I'm so excited for this line. And online means I don't have to wait with a zillion other people at a store. Yay!

I agree. I was excited when I first saw the news and look forward to learning more. Like you said, so many of her items are pricey.
