Friday Favorites (and Fancies)

Happy Friday, friends! From the fun giveaway to the exciting announcement, it's been another fantastic week here - I'm convinced I have the sweetest readers! I know I say that all too often, but it's true, and I never want y'all to think I'm not incredibly appreciative of all the love. I read every single comment and (if you have an email linked) try to respond via email to any questions you have. So, thank you to all of you who read this blog - you're the best.

Here's to a great weekend ahead starting with the links below and a fun nude-inspired outfit!

**

The release date on Emily's book, Cupcakes and Cashmere, was bumped up and you can now get your hands on a copy! I'm placing my order as soon as I'm finished writing this post!

The Coveteur has officially outdone themselves. They featured my idol from middle school, Cher Horowitz, yesterday. Go check it!

I shared an instagram image yesterday declaring that you all must download the app Paper'd. It's free and features some of the best wallpapers for your phone!

I came across this fun image on tumblr this week - this is exactly how I feel about the weekend!

Mrs. Lilien shared an amazing post on one of my favorite cocktails, the Bloody Mary. Her brunch in cup makes me incredibly hungry!

And I'm thinking this little number below would be perfect for sipping on a Blood Mary?! I love nude colored pieces. Not just because they're classic but because you can create so many versatile looks. I decided to add a little flair to this Dorothy Perkins dress with white & gold jewels and a nautical clutch.

Very cute look! This color is just far away enough from white but not your basic black..great choice! And the flats are aweseome for dancing all night long! :)

Those flats are adorable. Congrats on The Zesty Digest position, so exciting! I'm taking over the Dress Me Up, Buttercup column for Prep Talk and working with Carly has been fab!

I'm in love with the first skirt. I feel like I would be the person wearing it and twirling like a ballerina down the sidewalk and getting confused looks, but that would be ok because it would be like reliving the childhood that I never had of becoming a professional ballerina.
